I’ve been photographing fun weddings in the Outer Banks for ten years, and I can definitely say weddings in the OBX feel different than anywhere else. Here, the wind carries your vows out over the dunes, weather can change by the minute, and the ocean hums its approval. There’s something deeply personal about getting married in the OBX — an intimacy that can’t be rehearsed or replicated anywhere else.
